The Knife Angel is now residing in its thirteenth location, Central Park in Chelmsford. As one of the oldest parks in Chelmsford, and located right in the centre of the city, this is a wonderful location to host the National Monument Against Violence and Aggression as part of its National Anti-Violence Tour.
