The mode button should be pushed if the handle has 2 buttons.The toothbrush won't be turned on by the mode button.Put the toothbrush handle near your ear by turning it on.It is most likely that a fault has occurred if you hear a soft humming sound.If the metal shaft on the handle is loose, please remove the brush head.It is likely that a fault has occurred if it does.
If neither of the above applies to your toothbrush, please check the options again, as it may be a charging issue.
If you don't press a power button, your toothbrush will turn itself on.

The vibration mode may be hard to notice without a brush head on the handle.Put a brush head on the handle.Make sure that the toothbrush is charged correctly, and then turn it on after 24 hours.
