Jan. 22–Three celebrated Pocono resorts changed hands Friday. The McSam Hotel Group out of Great Neck N.Y., bought Paradise Stream Resort in Paradise Valley, the Pocono Palace in Marshalls Creek and Cove Haven Resort in Lakeville.
