Changing the password of your social media accounts is always a good idea.Changing your password for the Facebook app is easy if you forget it or just want to change it for security reasons.
Step 1: Go to Facebook.
You can find Facebook on your home page or app drawer.
Step 2: You have to log in to your account.
You will be asked to log in if you haven't done so in a while.To log in, enter your email address and password into the fields provided.
Step 3: You can go to account settings.

Step 4: The general settings menu can be opened.

Step 5: Change your password.
On the new screen, you can enter your password on the top field.The new password can be entered in the second field and third field.To change the password of your Facebook account, tap "Change password" when you're done.
Step 6: You can visit Facebook.
Go to the home page of Facebook with any web browser you have installed on your device.
Step 7: Go to your account.
tap "Log in" to continue if you enter your login information on the fields provided.You can access Facebook from your web browser on your mobile device.It will look similar to the Facebook app.

Step 15: You should change your password.

Step 16: Go to Facebook.

The screen is at the bottom.There is a pop-up menu with two options.There is a Help Center.

If your browser opens, it will ask you to confirm if the account on the screen is yours.
Step 19: Your password needs to be reset.
On the next screen, you will be asked how you would like to reset your password, either by email or text.You can choose your option by tapping on it.If you clicked on the link, you opened the email.To reset the password, follow the instructions on the screen.If you choose to be sent a code, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone.After selecting your option, copy the code into the box that appears on the screen.To reset your password, tap "continue".
