Your email address should be professional and you should check it often.This means that it should include some part of your name and should be from a reliable server.
Step 1: Go to the app.
The white letters "in" are on a blue background.If you don't already have a password and email address, tap.
Step 2: You can tap your profile icon.
It's the person-shaped icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, or the tool bar at the top.
Step 3: You can tap.
It is in the right corner of the screen.
Step 4: You can send email addresses.
The "Account" screen has this option at the top.
Step 5: You can add an email address.
There is a button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6: Go to the email address field and type.
The email address field is near the top of the page.
Step 7: Go to the password field and type in your LinkedIn password.
It should be the same password you use to log in.
Step 8: Go to submit, then tap Done.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
Step 9: Do you have an email address?
You can open your email inbox to do so.The email is from LinkedIn Security."Confirm your email address" will be read by the subject.If you don't see the email, check the folder.The email's body has a "this" link.
Step 10: The app should be opened again.
You left it on the page.
Step 11: Make the primary.
The email address you just added is below the link.
Step 12: You need to type in your password.
Step 13: You have to tap Done.
Your primary email address is your new address.From now on, you'll get this email when you sign into LinkedIn.
Step 14: You can open the webpage.
You can open your Home page if you're already a member of LinkedIn.Enter your email address and password at the top of the page if you aren't already a member.
Step 15: You can click me.
The Home screen has a person-shaped icon in the top right corner.
Step 16: Click for settings and privacy.
This option can be found under the "Account" heading in the drop-down menu.
Step 17: Click on the addresses you want to send an email to.
Under the "Basics" heading, it's at the top of the account section.
Step 18: You can add an email address.
The option is at the bottom of the page.
Step 19: You can type in an email address.
Step 20: Send verification by clicking.
You will be prompted to enter your password if you do that.
Step 21: You have to type in your password.
This is the password you use to log in.
Step 22: Click Done.
The verification email will be sent to the address you just entered.
Step 23: You can open your email account.
It should be the same email address.
Step 24: The email is from "LinkedIn Security".
The email address will be confirmed by the subject.If you don't see the email, you should check your inbox.
Step 25: Click the link.
The email's body text contains it.If you add this email account to your LinkedIn profile, your other email address will still be your primary account.The blue link can be copied and pasted into your browser's URL bar.
Step 26: Go to the "Email addresses" page.
Click the tab in the top right corner of the Home screen if you want to do that.
Step 27: Next to your email address, click Make Primary.
This is the email address you want to use as your primary LinkedIn address.
Step 28: You need to type in your password.
Step 29: Click to make primary.
If your password is correct, your selected email is your primary email address.It's your primary point of contact for other LinkedIn users, so you'll use it to log into the professional networking site.
Step 30: You can open the webpage.
There is a "New Account" section in the middle of the page and a login section at the top.
Step 31: Do you want to click Forgot Password?
The "Password" field is at the top of the page.
Step 32: You can type in your email address or phone number.
You need to register with your LinkedIn account to get these credentials.
Step 33: Click submit.
A verification message will be sent to the email account associated with your provided credentials.If you have access to the email address, you can open it.Click on the email that says "Here's a link to reset your password", and then type in the new password.Proceed if you don't have access to the email address.
Step 34: I do not have access to my email.
Step 35: You can type in a new email address twice.
You can do it in the two fields on this page.
Step 36: Click on Continue.
It is at the bottom of the page.
Step 37: Select your country.
Click the box under "Country" and then click on your current country's name.
Step 38: You can click on an ID type.
Most of the time, you have at least three options.
Step 39: Click on Continue.
Step 40: Take pictures of your document.
The process will vary depending on the identification document you choose, but you'll need to have pictures of the necessary information on your computer.If you want to use your driver's license, you need a clear picture of the front and back of it.After clicking the button on the page, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose your picture from the location on your computer.
Step 41: Allow your documents to be analyzed.
Don't close your browser at this time.You will see a message after your documents are approved.Thank you for completing the verification process.We received your documents.A member of our Trust and Safety team will get back to you soon.
Step 42: Wait for a member of the Trust and Safety team to reach you.
If all of your identification information is checked out, you should have access to your account within 5 business days.
