Maybe you will want to crash your computer.If you use your PC's Notepad app as a platform, you can create a simple.bat file that creates an infinite loop of opening Command Prompt windows; this will cause your computer to temporarily crash if it is used too much.No matter how temporary the crash is, you shouldn't deliberately crash your computer.
Step 1: You can open the notepad app.
You can either type "Notepad" into the Start search bar and then click the relevant app, or you can open the Notepad app from there.Right-click your desktop, hover over "New" in the context menu, and select "Text Document".
Step 2: If you want to echo off, type it.
The first line of your code prevents your.bat file from cutting itself off.You need to enter after each line of code.
Step 3: A type is crash.
A loop point is created by the ":crash" command.
Step 4: For your third line of code, you should type start.
This will prompt you to open the Command Prompt window.
Step 5: Goto crash type.
This is your fourth and final line of code, which will prompt the.bat file to return to the loop point, and in this way, will eat up your system's RAM.
Step 6: You can save your text file as a batch file.
Text files have file extensions.Click "File" in the top left corner of Notepad to set up your file as a.bat file.Click to save it.The "Save as type" field can be found at the bottom of the window.You can click on "All Files" in the menu.
Step 7: Your file should be named.
You can type any name into the "File Name" field.You should type ".bat" at the end of the name you choose.If you can't come up with a name, "cave.bat" is an excellent choice.
Step 8: Click it to save.
Your.bat file is ready to be executed.
Step 9: Save any work that is open.
You will have to restart your computer in order to end the.bat cycle.You might lose progress on work that is still open and unsaved.
Step 10: Close your browser.
You will want to save any work done here before you exit your browsers.
Step 11: Click the file you want to view.
This will prompt a menu.
Step 12: Click "Run as Administrator."
If you start running the.bat file, your screen will suddenly be full of Command Prompt menus.
Step 13: Shut down your computer.
To shut down your computer, hold down the power button since you won't be able to move your mouse after a few seconds.
Step 14: Your computer has a power button.
You may have to wait a few seconds after shutting down to restart your computer.
