Step 1: Put ice cubes and water in the vase.

Step 5: Prepare your food.
If you want to have the best smoking experience, mix your tobacco with flavoring and molasses.Drop your tobacco into the bowl.The shisha won't touch the foil when you put it on if you leave 2 millimeters between the top of the tobacco and the bowl.Smoking shisha that has been burned will add a bad flavor to your smoke.Purchase a good quality shisha.Your smoke's flavor will be determined by the quality of your shisha.A great-tasting smoke can be created by mixing and matching flavors.You can try shisha without spending a lot of money if you buy 50-gram portions.Kitchen shears can be used to cut up tobacco leaves.Don't cut them too small or they will fall through the holes and ruin your bowl.
Step 6: Put foil over the top of the bowl.
To create a tight seal around the bowl, your foil piece should be larger on all sides.The foil needs to be tight so that it doesn't distort the heat distribution.Double it if you only have thin foil on hand.The foil-covered bowl should look like the head of a drum.
Step 7: Attach the foil with a toothpick, a pin, or a sharp-tipped pen.

Step 8: Light the coals
If you use Quick Light Coals, hold the coals with tongs and light one corner with a match or lighter.You should either go outside or stand near a window because sparks will be produced.The tongs that come with most hookahs should always be used.It's a good idea to avoid using kitchen tongs because they may have been coated with a non-stick coating.Pull the flame away when the coal starts to emit smoke.The coal should be sparking until it becomes bright orange.Blow on the coal to encourage it to heat up if the blackened patches are not burning.Natural coals need something hotter than a lighter to ignite them, which is why they burn longer than quick lights.Most people use either a single coil stove burner or a butane torch.Natural coconut coals can be set on an electric coil burner and then flip.Before transferring coals to your hookah bowl, let each side heat up until glowing red.Natural coals take a long time to heat up.
Step 9: Use your tongs to set the coal down.
The sides that were covered should not be lit.The parts will burn orange if they are blow on.The foil should cover the coal until it has a coating of ash over it.Don't light the coal on top of the foil.You can change the flavor of your tobacco by releasing particles from the coal.
Step 10: To clean out the dust, blow through the hose.
You should not wash the hose unless you know it is clean.
Step 11: You can smoke your hookah.
The bowl should heat up naturally.You will end up burning tobacco if you take hard pulls to accelerate the heating process.While you smoke, take your time.A good hookah can last up to an hour.
Step 12: There is a circular fruit.
Apples, mangoes, and oranges are good choices, but you can use any large round fruit that you have on hand.
Step 13: The top of the fruit should be removed.

Step 18: Cut the apple in half.
Remove the flesh and leave a thick layer on all sides.
Step 19: Make a hole in the apple.
You can use a peeler, corkscrew, or paring knife.
Step 20: Attach the garden hose to the desired length.
Attach the apple to the top of the hose with some plasticine.
Step 21: There is a hole in the side of the plastic bowl.
The hole can be made using a burning cigarette or other concentrated heat source.
Step 22: A straw should be inserted into the hole.
The connection needs to be tight.If you see a gap between the plastic and the straw, use more plasticine.
Step 23: The bowl should be filled with tobacco.
Put the foil over it, poke holes in it and light the coals on it.You can enjoy your homemade hookah.
