Do you need a custom line for your art?Is the notebook's line ripping correctly?If you want to make pages with ordinary paper, don't waste money on specialty paper.

Step 6: Use a Dremel bit or hand file to file or grind away the marks.
Step 7: Every 5 degrees, leave small, sharp points.
Step 8: The tool should be rolled along the line.
Step 9: A pizza cutter is required.
Step 10: Permanent Marker is used to mark 5 degrees along the outer edge.
Step 11: Place sewing pins in a radial pattern so that they overlap the edge by 4 inch.
Step 12: Attach the pins to the cutter with one of the following methods.
Spot welding can last a long time and Duct tape can only be used a few times on thin paper.
Step 13: The tool should be rolled along the line.
Step 14: You can use the pattern tracing wheel to draw a line.
Step 15: The tracing wheel has small spikes that make it easy to make small holes on the line.
