You want to lose your tan fast if you have tan lines or a full-body rebuttal of the bronzed god ideal. It can be difficult to fight the sun's rays, but we have a number of options.
Step 1: Some dairy.
Lactic acid in milk can be used to combat pigmentation problems, as well as improve the appearance of wrinkling and lines. You can get its benefits by dipping your hands into milk or milk mixture.Greek yogurt is a popular choice.Allow it to sit for twenty minutes and then wash it off with warm water.Do it daily. Its fat content is good for your skin.In case of irregular, unwanted pigmentation spots in skin, ctic acid peels are available for more extreme, ongoing treatment, but skin generally takes time to adapt to and fully tolerate the process. It isn't best for our purposes here.
Step 2: Lemon juice and aloe juice should be mixed.
Lemon juice has lightening properties.Adding aloe juice makes for a winning combination.Don't sweat the ratios too much.If you want to wash the area, mix equal-ish parts lemon juice and aloe and rub it into your skin. It's a good idea to avoid the sun with any lemon juice-based mixture on your skin as it can make it extremely sensitive to UV rays.
Step 3: The tomato juice should be combined with the buttermilk.
We already know that tomato is a natural bleaching agent. After thirty minutes, wash the tan using the cotton ball and apply two parts buttermilk and one part tomato juice.
Step 4: The fake tan should be attacked with baby oil.
With spray-on tans, baby oil is highly effective in helping you get rid of that uppermost layer of color.Exfoliation is still the name of the game, so after leaving the baby oil on the area for thirty to forty minutes, take a bath and exfoliant appropriately.
Step 5: You need to wear sunscreen.
If you want to stay pale, you can't go too far.The baseline is 30 SPF, though going higher doesn't hurt.It is easy to forget about the brief sun exposure we all get.If you want to avoid gaining color, apply every day and walk under the same sun as you walk along the beach.
Step 6: On cloudy days, cover up.
While long sleeves are not fun in the heat, you need to cover up as much as you can.Clouds don't affect the sun's effect on your skin, blocking 20% of UV rays.If you thought you were safe on the ski slopes, think again: snow reflects 80% of the UV rays.Maybe not if you were planning on skiing shirtless.
Step 7: An umbrella is open.
It is a great way to block out the sun during your walk down the block. If you want something a little more chic, consider a parasol.Don't rely on an umbrella at the beach. After learning of snow's powerful reflective potential, sand also reflects UV rays. Not as bad as snow, but still enough for the sun to make its mark.
Step 8: Stay out of the way.
Staying inside will keep you pale.It is not a requirement to keep your skin lighter if you follow the above steps. The assumption is that a person will be getting some regular sunlight, which leads to the set of nutrition guidelines for vitamins D and calcium. Some vitamins are found in fish, beef, cheese, and mushrooms, while U.S. milk is fortified with it.
Step 9: If you have been sunburned, stop now.
If you are burned, you might be tempted to attack your sun damage even harder, but the methods in this article are suitable for tans only.Exfoliating while you are burned will not work. It's a good idea to apply aloe Vera to soothe your skin.Once your burn has healed, revisit this guide.
Step 10: The proper way to start is with an exfoliant.
You don't want to be rough on your skin, but the idea is to speed up the process by which your body sheds its skin cells.Something good for scrubbing is what your body wants.Good exfoliants will have retinoids or alpha hydroxyl acids. The ingredients help in skin-cell turnover and get rid of color.
Step 11: Use a loofah.
The fruit of the loofa plant is called loofahs. The synthetic scrubber is made to be a gentler scrubbing tool with maximum lather-up potential. The tougher loofah is what we want for this task.
Step 12: It's a good idea to damp the skin.
Take a shower, pat yourself dry, or use a wet cloth on your skin.
Step 13: Rub the exfoliant on your skin in a circular motion.
Don't use an overly aggressive technique because the exfoliant and loofah will provide the grit.Rub your skin in circles, rinse it off, and repeat daily.
