A fight is a confrontation in which two or more people are competing. If you have to fight, you need to know how to defend yourself and attack your opponent at the right time, since backing away from a fight is usually your best option. You can save your life if you know how to assume the correct stance and target your opponent's weakest areas. If you want to learn how to fight, follow these steps.
Step 1: Get in a fight.
You need to be in the fighting stance if you want to fight. If you want to do this, spread your legs about shoulder's width apart and bend your knees slightly. You don't want to get thrown to the ground.Stay loose. As you adjust your position, take small steps and keep your hands up.If you're punched, clenching your teeth will make you less likely to get a broken jaw.
Step 2: punch your opponent.
Making your fist the right way is the first thing you have to do.If you want to make a fist, place your thumb on the outside of your fingers, not the inside. It's a good idea to punch your opponent in the nose or stomach. The straight punch is the best for untrained fighters.Keep your elbow bent at a 30-45 degree angle in front of your face and keep your hands up all the time.Straighten your arm by extending the fist along with your elbow and shoulder. If you want to get the most force for your hit, push your weight through your shoulder and into your arm.
Step 3: Attack the first thing that comes to mind.
Don't hesitate once you've gained your footing.Throwing the first punch will give you the advantage in the fight.Don't try to get in the perfect position or step around your opponent. If you have a clear shot, punch them.
Step 4: Take your strengths and adapt them to the fight.
Get an idea of how your opponent performs at the beginning of the fight. If you're taller, try to keep your opponent at a distance. You can strike over a distance that your opponent can't cover with your longer limbs.Get close if you're shorter. They want to use their height to their advantage.Get in fast, strike fast and get out fast if you're faster.Fight in effective spurts.Keep it simple if you're slower. The opponent should come to you instead of chasing them.At the right time, use your strengths. One calculated move is more than a dozen uncalculated ones.
Step 5: If you are being held from behind, fight off the opponent.
You want to get out of this position as quickly as possible so you don't end up on the ground.Stomp on their instep to try to incapacitate them and turn around in the right direction. If you can land your foot on the instep of your opponent's foot, they will be in pain.Do the headbutt backwards. You have to hit your opponent's nose with your skull. After you've done the damage, they'll let you go.Wring their fingers.Put your hands around his fingers and wring them until they give up.
Step 6: Don't give in to your energy.
Don't make so many moves that you tired yourself out halfway through the fight, and concentrate your energy in your moves. They will try to make you dance so that they can attack once you're tired.Prepare to practice 'Aikido'.Taking a few punches whilst protecting yourself can exhaust and mentally defeat your opponent.
Step 7: Do not look away from your opponent.
Don't look away from your opponent.More experienced fighters will use that situation to knock you out if you look away.
Step 8: There is an attack.
You become vulnerable when you attack. The opponent might block the punch if the arm is no longer available for defense. If you fake an attack, your opponent will respond with a counter attack. The person needs to be convinced that you will make a move, and that they will respond in a certain way.The opponent can't predict whether you'll follow through with your moves, if you mix fake attacks with real attacks.
Step 9: Take a punch to the head.
If you're fighting, you will likely get punched at some point, so it's better to know how to avoid it.If you want to take a punch to the head, tighten your neck and clench your jaw.If your opponent hurts their hand instead of your nose, cheek, or jaw, aim your forehead at the punch. The impact of the punch will be minimized if you are leaning toward it instead of away.
Step 10: Take a blow to the stomach.
If a punch is coming at you, you should tighten your stomach muscles. If you can, try to move around so that you don't get hit in your stomach, which can damage your organs and cause enough pain to double you over. You will have the wind knocked out of you if you hold your breath.Exhaling before the punch will tighten your stomach.
Step 11: Don't get tackled and charged.
If your opponent tries to tackle you, they will wrap their arms around your waist and hips as they try to knock you off balance. This may be tempting, but don't try to grab their head.Try to push them away by grasping their hips or upper body with your hands. You regained your balance after that, so you can kick your opponent in the groin or stomp on their feet.
Step 12: The choke hold is not a good idea.
If your opponent has you in a chokehold, don't try to throw him over your back.If you're not strong enough to hold their weight, this will cause serious damage. You can turn the choke by grabbing the opponent's arm that is around your neck, tilt it to the side, and let them slide off your back. You can make your opponent fall if you tilt sideways. You can try to pin them to the ground once you've got them down.
Step 13: If you're knocked to the ground, you should know what to do.
Try to get up if your attacker has you on your back. It's a good idea to look away from them to make sure you'll be hit right away.Try to kick their shin, knee, or groin as hard as you can by raising your legs.Go for their face if they are low to the ground. You can come back up once you've caused enough damage.Roll to the side and use your arms to support your body weight as you get back on your feet after kicking or hurting your opponent. When you try to get up, keep looking at your opponent. You may think they are hurt, but they can come back at you.
Step 14: Don't let your opponent take you down.
You need to prevent your opponent from getting on top of you if you're on the ground. If you get on your side or belly, you have a better chance of escaping.Try to get up and away as quickly as possible after you've assumed this position. They can pin you down and punch you in the face if they have you pinned to your back.Don't do this maneuver at all costs.
Step 15: A loud yell.
If you want to get out of the fight as soon as possible, just yell your heart out.It is more likely that someone will scare off your opponent and bring you to safety. If you're in a place that feels empty, try yelling as loudly as you can, in hopes that someone will come along. They won't expect you to yell in the middle of a fight.yelling can scare your opponent into thinking someone else will come along, even if no one comes to your rescue.
Step 16: Your opponent's face will be attacked.
The face is vulnerable to attack.Hurting your opponent's eyes, nose, and face can cause a lot of pain and slow them down.Headbutt your opponent's face.Slam your opponent's nose with your forehead. If you do it the right way, it can break their nose.Use your fingers to poke their eyes. This can cause a lot of pain and make it difficult for you to escape or cause more damage. They should be punched in the nose. This is a great place to cause damage.
Step 17: Go for the throat.
If only for a short period of time, hitting your opponent's neck and face will stop them cold.If you really want to cause harm, try punching your opponent in the back of the neck.Your opponent's airway will be damaged if you punch in the middle of their throat.
Step 18: Where it hurts is where you're going to kick it.
Your only goal in the fight should be to win.If you want to win a fight, you don't have to follow Fighting Etiquette 101, just try to get your opponent to be hurt, crippled, or to fall to the ground, giving you enough time to leave. You can kick your opponent in the groin, knee, or abdomen.Kick them with the bottom of your foot. You can easily be thrown off your game if you don't do it quickly.Place your opponent in the groin. This will stop them in their tracks.
