Can I return my Uggs anywhere?
RETURNING PURCHASES MADE ELSEWHERE If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from one of UGG retail stores, you can either return it to the store of purchase, an alternative UGG store or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
Can you send Uggs back and get new ones?
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their UGG® product from a retailer other than www.ugg.com, or the UGG® call center. We will process your return for an exchange or a site credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us. Items must be in new and unused condition.
How long does it take for UGG to refund?
All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it can take up to 7 working days from the time that UGG® processes a refund for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card issuer.
