If you want to claim for exercise classes, swimming lessons, and weight management services, you need to complete a Health Improvement Benefit Approval Form.
If your provider has a HICAPS machine, the claim benefit will be processed electronically on-the-spot if you present your ahm member card after your appointment.The difference between the total amount charged by your provider and the benefit we pay is what you need to pay.
Depending on your level of cover, limits and waiting periods, you'll have to pay.You will have to pay the full amount if you reach the limit.Check your annual limit.
