When the summer months roll around, SRP is here to help. Here's what you should know: Anytime the National Weather Service issues an Excessive Heat Warning, SRP will not disconnect customers' power for non-payment. SRP will not disconnect billed customers who have a balance of less than $300.
Will SRP turn off power at night?
SRP will keep your power on between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you run out of credit during these hours, you'll need to make a purchase by 8 a.m. to make sure your power stays on after that time.
Does SRP have a grace period?
What happens if my bill payment is late? Regular monthly bills are due when billed. If we don't receive your payment by the close of business on the 21st day after billing, your account becomes delinquent. We will mail a reminder notice to you, and a late fee will be added to your account.
