The desktop background, window color, sounds, and screensaver are all affected by the theme you choose for your Windows 7 computer.You can either use third-party software or create your own theme in Windows 7.
Step 1: Click on the control panel to begin.

Step 9: Click on the screen saver.

Step 10: Click on the screensaver that you want to apply to your computer.

Step 11: Control Panel Home can be found at the top left corner of your session.
Step 12: Click on "My Themes" if you want to go back to personalization.
Step 13: You just created a theme.
The theme will be applied to your computer settings.
Step 14: You can type a name for your theme on the "Save Theme" page.
Step 15: Click on it to save it.
You will be able to use the theme on your computer.

There is a software theme on the website.You can install custom themes created outside of Windows with UltraUXThemePatcher.If you want to use a third-party theme patcher, consider using UxStyle,VistaGlazz, or Universal Theme Patcher.
Step 17: You can download the UltraUXThemePatcher site by scrolling down and clicking on the link.
Step 18: You can save the.exe file to your desktop.
Step 19: After it saves to your desktop, click on the UltraUXThemePatcher.exe file.
The setup wizard will show up on the screen.
Step 20: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 21: Click on the option to boot now.
Your computer will restart.
Step 22: If you want to install a custom theme on your computer, open a new session of Windows Explorer and navigate to the file.
If you don't have a custom theme ready, you can use the Internet to find one or more third-party websites that offer different themes.TechNorms and Deviant Art are examples of websites that offer a variety of themes.If you want to download the theme to your computer, follow the website's instructions.
Step 23: You can open a second session of Windows Explorer.

Step 24: You can copy your theme over to the Themes folder.
Step 25: Click anywhere on your computer to personalize it.
Step 26: Click on "My Themes" and select the custom theme you moved over to.
The theme will be applied to your computer settings.
