Put the votive on the bottom of the jar.Hold in place for a few minutes.
Step 3: Break the paper into pieces.
Same color crayons are bundled together. You only need one crayon per jar for smaller votives.
Step 4: The cup should be filled 1/3 way with wax and broken with a crayon.
For 2 minutes, microwave.Remove cup, stir and re-heat for up to 2 minutes.
Step 5: Allow the first color of wax to cool for up to 30 minutes.
Make sure you leave enough room for other colors.
Step 6: Combine wax and crayon for the next layer.
Prepare the next layer as the wax dries.Wait until the layer is nearly dry so your wax is melted and ready to go.
Step 7: Adding layers of wax depends on the number of colors you want in your candle.
Step 8: Add the final color.
This will give your candle a flat top.Allow at least an hour for dry time before lighting.
