Outlook's "Undo Send" feature allows you to recall an email for a limited amount of time after you click the "Send" button.The Outlook mobile app does not have the "Undo Send" feature.
Step 1: Go to the Outlook website.
If you're in Outlook, you can open your inbox by doing this.If you don't already have a password, click, then enter your email address and phone number.
Step 2: Click on it.
It can be found in the top-right corner of the Outlook page.
Step 3: Click on the option that interests you.
You can find it at the bottom of the menu.
Step 4: Click it to send it back.
It is in the Outlook window.The "Automatic processing" heading is located in the "Mail" tab.
Step 5: Click on the circle that says "let me cancel messages I've sent for."
The "Undo send" is at the top of the page.
Step 6: The box has a time limit on it.
The default is 10 seconds, but you can choose any of the other options.
Step 7: Click a time limit.
How long you have to remember an email after pressing "Send" will be determined by the time limit you choose.
Step 8: Click to save.
It is at the top of the page.If you enable the "Undo Sent" feature, it will be applied to any future emails.
Step 9: Click on the option you want.
The options menu can be found on the left side of the page.Clicking this will bring you back to your inbox.
Step 10: Click again.
You can find this option above the "Inbox" at the top of the Outlook interface.There is a new email template on the right side of the page.
Step 11: You can enter information for your email.
Since you'll be recalling it after you send it, what you enter here doesn't really matter; however, you will want to add the following information to the pertinent fields.
Step 12: Click Send.
The email window is in the bottom-right corner.The email will be sent to your recipient.
Step 13: Click the one you want to go back to.
There is an option in the top-right corner of the email inbox.Clicking it will stop your email's progress and open it in a new window.You can either change your email or click at the bottom of the email's window to get rid of it.
