Through the use of the Internet, Facebook allows users to create a personal profile, share photos and videos, exchange messages, post statuses, make video calls, and so much more.You can change your settings on Facebook.You can also get Facebook notifications on your phone.If you want to stop getting notifications from Facebook on your phone, you can get rid of it.
Step 1: Go to your browser.
The Start button is located at the lower left corner of the screen.Click your preferred browser to open it.If you have a shortcut icon on your desktop, you can launch the Internet browser from there.
Step 2: Go to Facebook.
You can enter on the address bar.This will take you to the Facebook website.
Step 3: You can log in.
Click on the upper-right side of the screen to enter your password and usernames.
Step 4: Go to settings.
To open the Facebook menu, click the upside-down triangle at the top of the page.You will be shown a variety of options if you select the settings.
Step 5: You can select the settings for your mobile device.
There are different mobile options to choose from if you click where it says "Mobile" in the left navigation pane.
Step 6: The phone section has information that should be deleted.
You can remove the phone number from your Facebook account by clicking on the confirmation message.You will have to enter your Facebook password if you remove the phone.Your phone number will be deleted from your Facebook after you type your password.

To log in, enter your email address and password in the fields provided.

The More icon is located on the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 11: You can access your account settings.
Options regarding your account will be displayed when you scroll down.
Step 12: Text messaging can be selected.
Under Notification settings, you can find where it says "Text messaging."
Step 13: Remove phones that have been registered.
To remove your number from your account, tap on the "Registered phones" sign.
Step 14: It's a good idea to confirm deletion.
A notification box will ask you to input your password.You can remove your phone number from your Facebook account by typing your password.
