Step 1: Understand how the system works.

Step 3: Downloads from unknown sources should be allowed.
If your security settings don't allow you to install apps from other locations other than the Play Store, you will need to enable this setting.
Step 4: You can open the chrome browser.
The chrome app icon is red, yellow, green, and blue and resembles a sphere.

You can type in the URL into the address bar.
Step 6: The version you choose will be the 1.9.1 version.

Step 7: You can download the most recent version.
