Step 1: IMAP mail can be enabled in Gmail.

Step 7: Pop mail can be enabled in Yahoo.
Unless it's mobile, Yahoo Mail doesn't support POP mail for external clients.You will need to use POP for Outlook.Emails will not show up in another client's inbox if they are read on one client.The Yahoo web mail inbox and Outlook inbox won't always be in sync.Go to Yahoo Mail and click the gear icon.Click on settings.Click to change it.You can choose POP.This option can be found to the right of "Access your Yahoo Mail elsewhere".Click the drop-down menu to choose your option.Only your Inbox messages will be forwarded to your client, and you have three options.The messages will not be labeled as anything and will be delivered.If you add the word "Spam" to the message, it will be marked as "SPAM" in your Outlook inbox.Click to save.
Step 8: You can open the outlook.

Step 9: Enter the information you received in the mail.
Outlook can retrieve your Yahoo inbox if you enter the connection settings.The server is pop.mail.yahoo.com
Step 10: You can enter your outgoing mail information.
You can send mail through Outlook if you enter the following connection.The smtp.mail.Yahoo.com port is 465 or 587.
Step 11: Your account information can be entered.
You need to enter your account information as well.This will allow Outlook to sign into Yahoo on your behalf and properly label messages: Full Name or Display Name, this is the name you want to appear when people receive messages from you.Password: Your Yahoo password.
Step 12: You can click the Advanced tab.
You will have to decide how you want to handle it.When you download to Outlook, you can either leave a copy on Yahoo or remove it.Messages cannot be retrieved from the Yahoo server.
