If you're an extrovert, be more inverted.

Extroversion is a personality trait that is good for you.A few contemplative practices can be worthwhile for an Extroversion.A rich inner life can bring positive benefits to both you and the people you care about, even if you're an extrovert. It might be useful to learn how to enjoy solitude and social relationships.

Step 1: Being shy is not the same as being an introvert.

A person who is shy can't socialize because they are anxious. An insturmentist doesn't socialize often because they get psychological energy from time alone.

Step 2: The majority of people are neither fully extroverted nor fully inward.

Carl Jung believes that there is no such thing as a complete introvert or anextrovert. Most people fall on one side of the continuum when it comes to their personality types.

Step 3: There are benefits to balancing being an extrovert and an insturmentist.

People who have a well-rounded balance between the sides of their personality are the most likely to display all of the qualities of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. If we prefer a life of solitude and are aware of our introverted nature, taking some new risks and adventures that involve interaction with groups of people could enrich our lives in a different and interesting way.If we are "the life of the party," we may benefit from adding a time-out to our lives, such as a daily walk around the neighborhood or committing to reading a book 15 minutes a day.

Step 4: Keep a diary.

Extroverts focus on what's going on outside themselves, while introverts are more interested in their inner world. One way to shift focus is to keep a journal.Do you have questions like: What did I feel? Why?What did I learn today? What people did I learn from? What ideas arrived?Who were I thinking about today? What was different today than yesterday?Than last week?Than last year? What can I be thankful for?Who is lonely in my world? Why?

Step 5: Contribute to your individual creativity.

Observation of the outside world develops imagination and ideas. You can make connections from concepts that may not fit together if you observe more outside. What do you notice when you're alone? What impressions do the world make on you?Creativity can be seen as self-absorbed, but a tremendous external focus is involved.Works of art can be created with fictional short stories.Write in an art journal.

Step 6: It's good to enjoy single tasks.

During times when you have to be alone, such activities will cultivate patience and relieve stress.Listening to music by yourself, practicing an instrument, and reading knitting are some of the things that can be done.

Step 7: Your awareness should be increased.

Whether it's meditating, taking time out of your day to learn something new, or relating to a higher power, any shift or increase in perspective will nurture your introverted side.It will help if you practice things like Zen driving.Contemplating the mysteries of science can be an intensely introspective experience.

Step 8: Don't be rushed.

Since you're used to drawing energy from external stimuli, solitude and looking inward can seem boring. If you want to embrace solitude like starting a new sport, you need to learn how to do it.It's awkward and repetitive at first, but once you get used to it, you'll have fun.It is not a mountain that is waiting to be climbed. Most people use 'alone time' to refresh themselves.Alone time is a good way to replenish after giving a lot of energy to a highly social situation.
