Did you just realize that you are out of spray starch for the collar of your shirt?It's a good idea to check your pantry for cornstarch instead of heading to the store.You can use this simple ingredient to make a spray that will keep your clothes looking good.You can make a simple version with just water and cornstarch, or you can add a small amount of vinegar to help wash your clothes.
Step 1: Put the water in the jar.
If you want to make the spray, you need a jar with a bigger lid.Add distilled warm water to the jar.The spray can be made in a bowl.You will have to mix it by hand instead of shaking it.It is better to use distilled water if you have hard water.
Step 2: The jar should be shake with the added cornstarch.
When the water is in the jar, sprinkle in a heaping amount of cornstarch.Put the lid on the jar and shake it vigorously to combine the water and cornstarch.It is not necessary to be precise with the amount of cornstarch.The spray will be effective if it is around 8 to 10 g.
