Step 15: You can send a gift by scrolling all the way down.

In your browser, go to https://getsupport.apple.com.It is very unlikely that you will receive a gift card refund.
Step 23: You can report a problem by clicking on it.

Step 24: Enter your Apple ID.
Click at the bottom of the form to type in your Apple ID email address and password.
Step 25: You can find your gift card here.
You have to scroll down until you find the card that you paid for.
